UPI Energy FS Customer Service Policy
UPI Energy FS (“UPI”) is pleased to provide a copy of its Customer Service Policy as mandated under the Accessibility of Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
The Accessibility Standards for Customer Service O. Reg. 429/07 requires companies to adopt and maintain policy, procedures and practices governing the provision of its goods and services to persons with disabilities.
UPI’s policy outlines the following:
- Provision of Goods and Services to persons with disabilities
- Use of Service Animals
- Use of Support Person
- Notice of Temporary Disruptions
- Training Requirements
- Feedback Process
Included is the Accessible Customer Service Feedback Form. This form is available on our website. Copies of the feedback form will also be available at the front reception area of UPI’s Central Office, located at 105 Silvercreek Parkway North, Suite 200, Guelph, Ontario N1H 8M1. The methods of receiving accessible customer feedback are included in the form.
