Under the direction of the Energy Manager, the Delivery & Service Co-ordinator will primarily be responsible for the scheduling and dispatching of drivers and service technicians, along with related equipment and vehicles. Responsibilities also include creating work schedules, creating or relaying incoming work orders, and providing support to customers, employees, vendors and any other inquires. This position monitors personnel, inventory, and equipment requirements and arrange for necessary repairs. The Delivery & Service Co-ordinator also maintains files, forms, records and invoices; ensuring all forms and invoices are filled out correctly.
The ideal candidate possesses a post-secondary education in business administration or logistics or equivalent business-related experience. A successful individual will be very organized with excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Additionally, strong attention to detail and time management skills are needed with the ability to deal with change effectively and efficiently.
