To assist with our continued succes, we require a highly energetic, operationally sound and motivated individual to join our management team.
The position is responsible for verifying financial stability and reputation of prospective customers applying for credit. Additionally, this position will monitor accounts receivable, the status of all delinquent accounts and discuss recommendations with branch managers regarding collection procedures. The individual will communicate with customers concerning their financial situation to arrive at a repayment schedule that satisfies both parties and maintains future business. The position will also be responsible for our FCC Alliance.
The successful candidate has strong organizational skills, effective interpersonal communication skills and a good geographic knowledge of the area and agriculture industry. This person will report directly to the Controller. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting, finance or a minimum of 5 years related experience in credit and collections. Wages are competitive commensurate with experience and include a benefit package and pension.
