    Yes, we are FULLY operational. We have implemented the recommended preventative measures to continue serving our customers.
  2. Can I come into the branch office to pay my bill?
    Currently, our branch offices are closed to the public to protect the health and welfare of both our employees and customers.   3. What is the wait time to get a delivery?
    We are experiencing increased calls for delivery at this time. Customers should expect to receive their regular delivery of propane, gasoline, diesel and DEF products.
  4. Are you going to close?
    At this time, we are maintaining our business and are FULLY operational. We are following direction from both the provincial and federal governments as the current situation unfolds.
  5. Do you have modified hours at any of your locations?

  6. How are your delivery drivers practicing social distancing?
    We ask that our customers eliminate face-to-face communication when drivers are making deliveries. This social distancing allows us to stay on the road to keep serving our customers. Currently, our drivers are NOT accepting payments from customers.
  7. What measures are being put into place at Gas Bars to protect customers? Employees?

    The health and safety of our employees and customers is always a top priority at UPI Energy FS. At this time, customers are being asked to remain in their cars while at our locations. All items are being brought directly to vehicles. At all locations, we are asking only one customer be in the kiosk at a time. Plexiglass shields have been installed in our Convenience Stores to maintain a barrier between employees and customers.

    Employees are wearing gloves and are washing and sanitizing hands and equipment between customers. All sites are thoroughly cleaned before and after operating hours as well as throughout the day between customers.
