This Agreement sets out the terms under which you may use your UPI FUELNet™ card, and applies if we send you a renewal or replacement UPI FUELNet™ card.
This Agreement is your promise to pay amounts owing on your UPI FUELNet™ Account. You should read it with your UPI FUELNet™ Application as together they explain your rights and duties. Signing, activating or using your UPI FUELNet™ card means that you have received and read this Agreement and agree to and accept all of its terms.
By accepting this Agreement you have requested the benefits and services provided automatically with the UPI FUELNet™ card. We may change any of these features at any time.
THE APPLICANT CERTIFIES THE ABOVE INFORMATION TO BE TRUE AND AFFIRMS THAT ANY CREDIT GIVEN IS EXTENDED UPON THE BASIS OF SUCH INFORMATION. The applicant consents to the obtaining of credit and/or personal information as may be required at any time in connection with the credit hereby applied for or any renewal or extension thereof and to the disclosure of any credit information concerning the applicant to any credit reporting agency or to any person with whom the applicant has or proposes to have financial relations. The applicant agrees to pay a monthly credit charge composed of interest only at the rate of 2% per month (26.8% per annum nominal) compounded monthly on any overdue balance. Statements are available for free online. Should the applicant not provide a valid email address they agree to pay a monthly paper statement fee of $1.99 plus HST. UPI Energy may cancel this agreement or vary the terms hereof and the applicant shall remain responsible for all indebtedness. Continued use of this charge account by the applicant following notification that the terms have been varied will be deemed as acceptance by the applicant of such new terms as of the effective date mentioned on the notice both with respect to indebtedness incurred subsequent to such date and unpaid indebtedness at such date. The applicant agrees that any payments are to be applied firstly on account of carrying charges and secondly on account of the purchase price of merchandise in order of purchase.
